3 Face Charges in 'Road Rage' Incident

Greenwich Police say trio was involved in 'altercation that turned physical.'

 

Two Stamford residents and a Greenwich woman were arrested on charges stemming from what Greenwich Police described as a "road rage incident" Monday afternoon.

The three were arrested after several Greenwich Police officers were sent to Pemberwick Road and Den Lane on a report of a "fight in progress" involving a "road rage incident" shortly before 4 p.m., Feb. 20.

Michael Puckett-Humphrey, 21, who gave an address of 99 Prospect St., Stamford, was a passenger in a vehicle and is accused of "spitting out his window onto a vehicle," according to a police report. There were "subsequent obscenities exchanged between all parties and a physical altercation ensued between other  occupants of the vehicles," according to the report. He was charged with breach of peach.

Maria Cristina Falduto, 21, who gave an address of 55 Warren St., Stamford, was charged with breach of peace and third-degree assault. Ilona M. Pasternak, 39, who gae an address of 3 Dale Drive, Greenwich, also was charged with breach of peace.

All three were released on promises to appear Feb. 27 in state Superior Court in Stamford.

The report did not provide further details of the dispute.
