According to a police report, Abdias Etienne, 51, of 117 Mead Ave., was charged with second-degree failure to appear in court. While police determined there wasn't a problem at the Mead Avenue residence, despite the hangup on the 911 call, a check showed there was a warrant for Etienne. The charge stems from a 2005 case, according to the report.

Etienne was released after posting a $5,000 bond and scheduled to appear July 16 in state Superior Court in Stamford.
