Police said they found an "open 30-pack of Budweiser Light in the rear seat" of the 2000 Volvo she was driving. A 17-year-old male passenger—who was not identified because of his age—was issued a warning for possession of alcohol by a minor and released in the custody of his father.
Bauer was released to the custody of her parents after posting a $250 bond. She is scheduled to appear March 20 in state Superior Court in Stamford.
