Community Update
- The Flinn Gallery at Greenwich Library has a new exhibit which opens Thursday. The exhibit, "All the Pretty Horses," by Michael Manning, kicks off with a reception from 6:00-8:00p.m.
- Another toasty warm day is anticipated for Thursday, according to the National Weather Service. A chance of showers and thunderstorms, mainly after 3pm. Partly sunny, with a high near 86°. South wind 6 to 10 mph. Chance of precipitation is 30%.
- Greewnich Board of Education work session is scheduled for 7:00p.m. at Greenwich High School Auditorium (Note Change in Location) includes a public hearing with a three-minute limit per speaker.
- Thursday, Sept. 12, Audubon Annual Meeting: Climate Change is Falling on Deaf Ears and how to make the challenge relatable on a local level, in Southport at 6:30 p.m. Free and open to the public.
Also, Greenwich's own Alex Brash, the CT Audubon Society's newly installed president will be introduced at the meeting.
