Here's a look at what's happening around town today.

The Woman’s Club of Greenwich will host Marcella Leone, Founder and Director of LEO Zoological Conservation Center in Greenwich. She'll speak about this non-profit refuge for rare, threatened, and endangered animals on Thursday afternoon.

Lifetime of Looking: Recalling American History Through Prints is a Bruce Musem designed program for senior citizens and their caregivers who will explore the exhibition with Museum educators.

Greenwich Library and Neighbor to Neighbor, the non-profit food and clothing pantry of Greenwich, will present the Sundance Film Festival selected documentary, A Place at the Table on Thursday, Oct. 17 in the library's Cole Auditorium. A panel of local experts will lead a post-film discussion on the topic of hunger and a question and answer session.

Suicide awareness and prevention will be addressed by Sharon Shisler, MA, RN, Psychiatric Nurse Specialist Thursday evening at the Byram Shubert Library.

Excavations, Archives & Artisans: 21st Century Archaeology in the Lake Titicaca Basin of Peru will be the subject of a lecture at The Bruce Museum Thursday night with the Archeological Associates of Greenwich.
