Greenwich Point Conservancy's 2012 Holiday Greenwich One-in-a-lifetime Gift Idea!

Give the gift that lasts forever. This holiday season, the Greenwich Point Conservancy (GPC) is selling personalized granite stones to help with its next project…The Old Barn renovation.

Forms and stone gift cards can be found at Abigail Fox Designs (Old Greenwich), Something Special (Old Greenwich) and Treads & Threads (Greenwich). This will be the only holiday season that the stones will be available for sale as the walkway is slated to be installed in 2013.

Situated next to the Cottage, the 1887 Old Barn is the oldest structure on Greenwich Point. The Greenwich Point Conservancy is now ready to launch the restoration of the Old Barn.  The 1950s era restrooms that currently block the view of the older structure will be removed, the stone and shingle exterior restored and the building opened from front to back, exposing breathtaking views of the water and sky from the street side.

Each 6” x 12” granite stone costs $200. Stone order forms can be found at Abigail Fox Designs and Something Special in Old Greenwich as well as Treads & Threads in Greenwich. Return your completed form to one of these locations and receive a beautiful gift card that you can give as the gift this holiday season.

More information can also be found online at www.greenwichpoint.org.

GPC Mission Statement

Seems to me you are missing the most obvious which is shown in the photo used at the top ofRead More Greenwich Patch pages - Grass Island Marina/Park is directly across the waterway. You won't be able to see much of the stage front but you can certainly enjoy the tunes.
