The Woman's Club of Greenwich located at 89 Maple Ave, Greenwich, CT, is pleased to present Joe Pisani at 1:00 pm on Thursday, February 20, 2014 where he will give a presentation on the humorous antics of his writing. Admission is free and is open to the public. Light refreshments will be served.
Joe Pisani has been a writer and editor for 30 years and worked for Times Mirror Company of Los Angeles and the Chicago Tribune and is a principal of The Dilenschneider Group in Manhattan, a strategic counseling and corporate communications firm. He is a regular columnist for Greenwich Post and other Hersam Acorn newspapers, Act 2 Magazine, Fairfield County Catholic and the Catholic Transcript as well the editor of “Greenwich – An Illustrated History,” whose contributors included the celebrated novelist John Jakes and author Roy Rowan.
Pisani previously was editor/senior vice president of The (Stamford) Advocate and Greenwich Time, and was responsible for the day-to-day news operations of The (Stamford) Advocate, The (Norwalk) Advocate and Greenwich Time.
