Stanwich Students Volunteer for Pet Rescue Organization

Recently, a group of Stanwich Upper School students spent an afternoon volunteering their time to raise funds for Outreach to Pets In Need (OPIN), an all-volunteer pet rescue organization that supports the Stamford Animal Shelter.  The students created “doggy art” and painted faces at a fundraising event at Harbor Point in Stamford.

“While the doggy paw print station got a little messy at times, the girls had a great time, and I was so proud of my students for taking time out of their weekend for this event,” said Jennifer Weyant, Stanwich Upper School science teacher.
