Solds 31 Executed Contracts 17 Accepted Offers+Contingent Contracts 27 New Listings 56

In July 2010 we had 64 sales of single family homes so we are almost half way to last year’s number of sales. Only time will tell whether  we are going to exceed the number for last year. One very promising sign is that we have 131 accepted offers, contingent contracts and executed contracts up 30 from the beginning of the month.  For a more in depth analysis of the June sales see http://greenwichstreets.com/june-report-for-greenwich-real-estate-market.
