Hey Greenwich ... I just saw this hanging onto the side of the house.
As I came out the back door, something caught my eye and I saw this creature literally hanging onto the side of the house.
It looks like a praying mantis — especially with those flipper-like things in the prayer position. But a quick Internet check including a look on theprayingmantis.org, it's not a slam-dunk that this nearly 5-inch long creature is indeed the real deal.
With dusk upon us on Friday, this guy is still hanging out on the side of the house here in western Greenwich.
