This flourishing spring season is one to behold, especially since the warm weather has arrived.

The rhododendren, azaleas and mountain laurel are in full bloom — along with many other flora.

To see those, along with many other delicate, colorful species, sign up for the Greenwich Garden Education Center 2014 Garden Tour. It's happening on Thursday, June 5 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., rain or shine.

Tickets to the self-guided tours are still available and may be purchased at the center, 130 Bible St., Cos Cob. Price is $95 and attendees will receive the list of the garden locations upon ticket purchase.

Don't let the weather stop you from enjoying these beautiful properties! 4 of the 5 gardens are clustered in close proximity and the 5th is well worth the effort. Sun should be shining in plenty of time to see them all. Tickets are available at 130 Bible St in Cos Cob. Michele Smith President Garden Education Center of Greenwich
