A haiku consists of three lines that do not rhyme
Line 1 is 5 syllables
Line 2 is 7 syllables and sometimes ends in punctuation to create a pause
Line 3 is 5 syllables

A haiku uses descriptive language to explain a subject (in this case chocolate) taken from daily life. The meaning of a haiku should create an image in the reader's mind and convey a mood or feeling. In this case, it can represent your most vivid experience enjoying chocolate.

Please do not include vulgar or inappropriate language in your haiku. A haiku that is deemed inappropriate by the administrators of the contest will be deleted and be ineligible for the prize.
