Community Update

The lady there gave me so much attitude! All I asked was that she shave my dogs ears because they get matted and short hair makes it easier to find ticks. I even called before arriving to make sure she had done it.

SUPER NASTY RESPONSE!

After I practically begged her, she said my dog would be ugly. (Nice woman.) Then told me they couldn't take credit card. Then she raised the price. Then she said that "shaving" - which is what I originally asked for - would have been cheaper. However, when the dogs were dropped off, we were told they "cut" and don't do shaving.

Seriously?!

LEAST PROFESSIONAL PLACE IN THE WORLD!!

(Did I mention dogs were climbing on the couch to jump over the gate? Your dog could be escaping as we speak... Ridiculous.)
