Thursdays at St. Paul's: Farm CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) Pick up
On Thursdays, behind the church, a tent is set up from 2:00pm until 8:00pm for CSA shareholders to pick up their shares and half shares -- all picked fresh in Shelton at Stone Gardens Farm. Patch has visited this farm. It is the real deal, family run by the Monahans who practice a farming method called IPM" or Integrated Pest Management, rather than organic. Under IPM, pesticides are not used routinely, but as a last resort to control pests when their numbers are particularly troublesome.

It's not too late to sign up for the 22 week CSA. there are a couple slots left. This is the first year this CSA has added Greenwich to the well estblished route of pick up spots in Fairfield County. You've only missed one delivery.
