Board of Ed To Hold Contractor Information Session for Upcoming Capital Projects


The Greenwich Public Schools Department of Facilities is hosting a Contractor Information Session on Wednesday, Jan. 29, at 6:30 p.m. The purpose of the information session is to build contacts with new vendors and strengthen relations with current vendors.

The meeting will be held at the district office, 290 Greenwich Ave., Greenwich.

The meeting will include:

• A review of the potential capital projects approved by the Board of Education;

• An explaination of the scope and standards expected at Greenwich Public Schools;

• A review of the Town of Greenwich standard contract requirements; and

• A review of  the construction administrative process employed by the Greenwich Public Schools.

Members of the district administration, and tde District’s on-call architects KSQ Architects and project manager School Construction Consultants will be available to answer questions.
