Riverside resident Jeff Weber has been named president of the Stamford-based Business TalkRadio Network.
Weber, who joined the company in 2002 as executive vice president, had been its consulting operations officer for the past year.
Scott Miller, executive vice president of parent company Center Post Holdings, said, “Jeff will guide the expansion and development of the network utilizing his substantial history and experience on both the syndication and radio side of the industry.”
The assets of BTRN were acquired by Center Post Holdings earlier this month.
Previously, Weber managed radio stations and sales departments in Baltimore, Indianapolis and Albany, NY.
Weber is active in the Greenwich community, having served for nine years on the Board of Directors of the Greenwich Chamber of Commerce, including two terms as its chairman. He also was president of the Greenwich Rotary Club where he continues to be a member.
The Business TalkRadio Network provides business and financial radio programs and features to more than 1,000 stations across the country.
