Chef Aarón Sánchez Opens Paloma at Stamford's Harbor Point

Popular celebrity chef Aarón Sánchez has opened his newest eatery on Stamford's waterfront.

For foodies who've been waiting with baited breath, the doors at Paloma in the Harbor Point development in Stamford's Shippan neighborhood, have finally opened.

The restaurant is the dream child of celebrity chef Aarón Sánchez, the chef/owner of Mestizo in Leawood, KS, who is perhaps more recognizable from his appearances on the Food Network's Chopped show.

Sánchez also is the star of FOX Life’s #1 rated series Aarón Loves NY and the travel-food series Motochefs. He is also the culinary wizard for the national restaurant chain Crossroads at House of Blues.  Sánchez is considered to be among the country’s leading contemporary Latin chefs.

Hours at Harbor Point are: 4 to 10 p.m., Monday through Thursday; 4 to 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday, and 4 to 9 p.m., Sunday. For reservations and information, call 203-998-7500.
