Car Wash & Bake Sale

The Keystone members of the will host a Car Wash and Bake Sale this Saturday, July 14, 2012 at 4 Horseneck Lane in Greenwich.  Keystone members need to raise $3,000 to defray costs for all participants to attend the regional Keystone Summit on November 30, 2012. 

Keystone is the Boys & Girls Club of America’s premier teen leadership program. Founded in 1964, Keytsone meets teens’ vitally important needs for positive group experiences. With the guidance of Club staff, opportunities are provided for teens to make positive leadership decisions, engage in academic and career experiences and serve others. 

Cost is $5 for cars, and $10 for SUV’s and trucks.  Bake sale treats will include all sorts of goodies including cookies, brownies, cupcakes and more.

The Greenwich Community is invited to the BGCG Keystone Club Car Wash and Bake Sale. Proceeds from this fundraiser will send the BGCG Keystone members to regional leadership summit in November.  The Keystone Club, made up of Boys & Girls Club members, ages 14 to 18, promotes character and leadership among Club teens to provide impact in three focus areas: academic success, career preparation and community service.
