RSR Partners is First Tenant in Refurbished 600 Steamboat Road Building

Greenwich-based RSR Partners is the first tenant to lease space in the building since the improvements completed by owner GRC Realty.

-based executive recruiting firm RSR Partners is reportedly relocating its headquarters to the recently-renovated office building at 600 Steamboat Road.

According to leasing agent Newmark Grubb Knight Frank, RSR Partners is the first tenant to lease space in the building since the improvements completed by owner GRC Realty. The firm is reportedly leasing a 9,412-square-foot space — a significant increase from the 5,537 square feet at its current location.

"GRC Realty’s high standards have made 600 Steamboat one of the best office buildings in Fairfield County and we are pleased to be its first tenant," said Russ Reynolds, chief executive officer of RSR Partners, in a release. "We are excited about the prospect of moving into our new space in the fall, and maintaining our presence in Greenwich since 1993."

The 180,000-square-foot building, built in 1972, has reportedly undergone a "massive renovation" to upgrade it into premium waterfront office space.

Seems to me you are missing the most obvious which is shown in the photo used at the top ofRead More Greenwich Patch pages - Grass Island Marina/Park is directly across the waterway. You won't be able to see much of the stage front but you can certainly enjoy the tunes.
