Mario Dilluio says business at CT Gold & Silver Brokers has been steadily strong for two years as high prices for gold and silver have sustained.
Working out of the company's East Putnam Avenue shop (there are storefronts in Wilton, Monroe and New Milford, too) with his constant companion, 3-year-old Doberman Pinscher named Hunter, Dilluio said he's many Greenwich-area customers seem to have sellable items they're bringing in.
He buzzed me in the door here and showed some recent coins and other items he acquired.
