Connie Blunden Named Church School Coordinator at RHCC

Round Hill Community Church Welcomes Connie Blunden as Church School Coordinator

Round Hill Community Church is pleased to welcome Connie Blunden as their Church School Coordinator. Connie is the Director of Global Initiatives at Greenwich Academy. This program is an innovative learning initiative, seeking to encourage students to discover and develop their passions through real-life experiences. Connie has been instrumental in designing humanitarian, financial literacy, and environmental programs campus-wide. Previously, Connie served for ten years as the Community Service Coordinator and Director of the Greenwich Academy Talent Enrichment summer program. She teaches World Cultures and an elective entitled Social Justice.

      At RHCC Connie will serve as Church School Coordinator. Her primary responsibilities will be developing the Church School curriculum and working alongside our Nursery School Coordinator and classroom teachers. She looks forward to also being involved with the life of the Church and in working with our families to create a strong and caring community for our young members.

      Connie currently serves on the Board of the Akanksha Fund in New York City and on the CAIS Commission for Professional Development.

      Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, Connie moved to Greenwich in 1994 after completing her Masters Degree at Teachers College, Columbia University. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University.

      Round Hill Community Church is an interdenominational Christian church that welcomes all. Worship services and Church School are at 10 a.m. on Sundays. Childcare is available.
