Elite New York City College Counseling Company Opens Office in Greenwich, CT

Greenwich, CT: College Prep 360, a full-service college counseling and standardized test prep company, will be opening a new Greenwich office location. The office will be open for business beginning June 1, 2014. 

College Prep 360 will be offering two college admissions “boot camps” in the Greenwich office over the summer. The first workshop will be held on August 2-3, and the second on September 13-14. During each boot camp, students will receive over 18 hours of personalized college admissions advice from former Ivy League admissions officers, including being matched with a comprehensive list of colleges, completing the Common Application and the college essay, and receiving a college admissions manual with pointers to improve chances of admission. Space is limited to six students per workshop.

For over 14 years College Prep 360 has been working with high school students and their families to advise on all aspects of the college application process, including college matching, college visits, SAT and ACT prep, course selection, extracurricular activities, summer programs and internships, and college essays and applications around the greater New York City area. 

College Prep 360 is led by former Dartmouth admissions officer, Dr. Joie Jager-Hyman, who has written two highly acclaimed books on the admissions process: B+ Grades, A+ College Application (Random House 2013) and Fat Envelope Frenzy (Harper Collins 2008). She holds an Ed.D. from Harvard University in educational policy.

Senior college counselor, Dr. Brittany Maschal, will be heading up the Greenwich office. She has worked as an admissions officer at Princeton, the University of Pennsylvania, and John Hopkins University. Dr. Maschal holds a masters degree in education from the University of Pennsylvania and received her doctorate in higher education from George Washington University.  She has been invited to serve on admissions committees with American Councils for International Education and has worked as an admission representative for the Graduate School of Education at the University of Pennsylvania.
