When vitals are taken with Direct Link’s vital signs monitoring units, all the data is transmitted and displayed via a secure website that allows healthcare professionals to monitor the results. 

If the vitals are not taken within a specific time frame and according to a care plan, The Care Center will call to remind your loved one. We then follow up as necessary with caregivers or healthcare professionals.
