Lurie Named Among Nation's Top Real Estate Professionals

Tamar Lurie, an award-winning sales associate affiliated with the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage office in Greenwich, has been ranked among the top real estate sales professionals in the country based on sales volume. Lurie ranked No. 169 in the U.S. on The Wall Street Journal/REAL Trends “Top Thousand” report, with more than $71.3 million in sales volume in 2013. The report ranks America’s top 1,000 residential real estate agents and teams based on 2013 annual sales volume and transaction sides.

Lurie adds this honor to a long list of achievements earned during her 30-year career in the residential real estate industry. Lurie also was identified as Connecticut’s No. 1 agent for sales volume in 2013, according to the 2014 REAL Trends Best Agents in America list, which ranks the most productive real estate professionals based on closed sales volume and transaction sides. Earlier this year, Lurie was recognized with the Society of Excellence Award. This prestigious honor is the highest award presented by NRT LLC, the parent company of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage and the nation’s largest residential real estate brokerage company. Fewer than 1 percent of NRT’s approximately 42,300 affiliated sales associates nationwide receive this award.

Lurie has consistently ranked as the company’s No. 1 sales associate in Connecticut and Westchester County, N.Y., a distinction she earned again this year for her sales performance in 2013. Lurie also ranked as the top sales associate for sales volume earned of all real estate firms in Greenwich in 2013.
