Elle Murphy the founder of ELLELA Cosmetics and Beauty for Courage says, “The mission is to support local women’s non-profit organizations, raise money and much needed items such as; clothing, wigs, beauty, body & hair care services, along with personal support, education, back to work programs, and business start-up mentoring.  Regardless of the mission or goal of the non-profit organization, Beauty for Courage will utilize all of its resources to help support, encourage and inspire our fellow sisters in times of adversity and need.”

Beauty for Courage was created out of Ms. Murphy’s realization that women often experience many unexpected changes and circumstances in their lives. She says, “I have come across many women still today who think they have to face their challenges alone, only to carry the load of family, finances, and fears, never to show the cracks in their lives, while inside they are falling apart, feeling hopeless. Together we can stand up for courage!”
