Dogs: Man's Best Friend and Personal Trainer

Owning a dog improves overall health and increases your energy.

 

It's the beginning of a new year and many of us have our list of resolutions. I don't really believe in making them. They are full of promise, but very few people actually keep them. Usually on the top of the list is to lose weight, exercise more, eat more healthful blah, blah, blah...  Why not just start with one change for today? How about walking your dog? 

Owning and exercising a dog helps improve overall health (medical research has shown this). Your dog can become your best friend and personal trainer! (If you need additional help you can hire me). You will gain more energy and just being outdoors will improve your mental health. Fresh air and sunshine is the best thing, especially during the cold winter. Start with this and you will be surprised how good you will feel and most times the losing weight and eating better just naturally begin to happen.
