Poetry Contest

The Greenwich Branch of the National League of American Pen Women (NLAPW) announced a poetry contest.

The Greenwich Branch of the National League of American Pen Women (NLAPW) announced a poetry contest at its annual meeting on May 23rd in the home of Arlene Mark.

Winners will receive cash prizes of $1,100 and a prominent position in a professionally published hardbound book, "Women's Voices of the 21st Century."

This book will contain all of the poems selected for the honor in addition to the prize winners.

Judges are Greenwich authors and NLAPW members: Carla Wallach, Mary Ann Hoberman and Marion White.

Participants must be Letters members of any branch of the NLAPW when the contest closes on Oct. 1. More information is available on the poetry contest page of the Greenwich Pen Women website:  www.GreenwichPenWomen.org or at DebWeir42@gmail.com.
