So many adult children today either receive financial support or even live at home post graduation from high school or college.
It has become relatively common for family courts to receive Separation Agreements which include support for older or adult children.

Most courts do not consider emancipated children but that does not mean that you and your spouse, in your divorce agreement, can not address present or future issues and costs related to them.
