Crumbine: Laudonia's Performance Merits Reelection as Tax Collector

I support the re-election of Tod Laudonia as Tax Collector for the Town of Greenwich, and here’s why:

Performance:  Tod is Greenwich’s first Certified Connecticut Municipal Collector or CCMC.  He has lowered tax office operating costs while raising productivity and spearheading initiatives to improve customer service.  Most importantly, he has achieved a 99.6% collection rate in spite of the uncertain economic environment.  Finally, he will be launching in 2014 a new and more user–friendly software.

Knowledge of Greenwich:  A third generation resident of the town, Tod graduated from St. Mary’s High School.  He served for 14 years on the RTM, 10 years on the Greenwich Catholic Board of Education and is currently President of the St. Lawrence Society in Cos Cob.  He has been a Greenwich realtor for 28 years and for the past 4 years our Tax Collector.  No one knows Greenwich better.

In addition to all of this, he is friendly, likeable and approachable.  Please join me on November 5 to re-elect Tod Laudonia as Tax Collector for the Town of Greenwich.
