I am writing in support of Debbie Appelbaum as a candidate for the Board of Education. Although I am a lifelong and stalwart Republican, it is my honor to cross party lines for only the second time to vote for a candidate who brings honor, intelligence, an extraordinary work ethic and a judicious grace under pressure to the BOE.
Debbie’s dedicated leadership, long time community involvement, extensive knowledge of town government and parenting of children through the public school system enable her to effectively address and resolve the most pressing issues facing the board.
