To the editor,
I have known Peter Sherr for many years, and endorse him for re-election to the Board of Education. Peter is a man of integrity who always keeps the best interests of our children in mind. He is loyal community leader and volunteer, who votes his conscience and "calls it as he sees it," even when that call might present challenges for himself. In other words, he is not afraid to fight for what is the best and right thing to do, whether within his own party, the Board, or the Town of Greenwich.
In his years on the RTM and BoE, Mr. Sherr has chosen to get involved and make positive things happen rather than complain or go along with the status quo. We can count on Peter to fight for our kids, and help make Greenwich a better place. I choose to vote for stability and progress. Peter Sherr has my vote for the Board of Education.
Greenwich Patch will publish election-related letters to the editor through Oct. 31. To be considered for publication, letters must be submitted by 5 p.m., Wednesday, Oct. 30, 2013.)
