Benefits of exercise especially for cancer survivors

There are numerous benefits to exercising especially for cancer survivors after treatments.  Improved cardio, which can help restore your energy level, muscular endurance to make you stronger, flexibility which can help to relieve tightness in certain areas and mood elevation to name a few.  

Remember, always consult your physician before starting an exercise program and always proceed very slowly.
