Organization Launching Pod in Greenwich
Hundreds of women nationwide are already participating in B.I.G.,
an inspiring business organization that stands for Believe, Inspire, and Grow,
designed to “empower women in business”. Now, B.I.G. is a new CT chapter on Tuesday,
April 22 at noon at Centro Ristorante, 328 Pemberwick Road in Greenwich. All
area women are invited to attend this exciting kick-off event. Lunch is optional
and will be available for $20 per person (drink, tax, and gratuity included).

This membership-based
organization utilizes face-to-face community meetings, presentations by
business experts, an interactive website, and monthly teleconferences to provide
intelligent women a positive and educational support network to help move their
business ideas forward. Many of these women have been out of the workforce for
several years or they are looking to make a change in their current career. Others
are already business owners or employees themselves who can benefit from new
ideas and share their knowledge with others.
Thanks to Laura Finuoli and
Anne Wilkins, women throughout the Greenwich area will have the opportunity to
join and participate in B.I.G. The group hopes to attract women from
neighboring towns in CT and NY as well. As the Greenwich Area B.I.G. Leader, Finuoli will host monthly meetings with area women to discuss relevant business ideas, feature
speakers, share insights, and brainstorm ways to overcome their obstacles.

“I have been active in other
B.I.G. pods and am excited to share this great opportunity with the women of the
Greenwich area since there is a real need for this type of group here,” said
Finuoli, who is an Area Manager with Arbonne International. “As an
entrepreneur, myself, I know firsthand the many struggles and challenges that
face women who desire to make economic contributions, without sacrificing their important family commitments. B.I.G. provides the resources and infrastructure
to allow us to overcome our business challenges and achieve success.” Wilkins is
the Assistant Leader of the group and has her own independent financial
planning and investment advisory practice.
Founded in September 2009 in
Bernardsville, NJ, B.I.G. has been rapidly expanding to communities throughout
the USA. The B.I.G. Greenwich Area Pod meetings will be held on the fourth
Tuesday of every month at Centro Ristorante, 328 Pemberwick Road at noon in the
restaurant’s private room. Lunch will always be optional at $20 per person. Women
are encouraged to visit the B.I.G. website at (www.believeinspiregrow.com)
