Community Corner

Bruce Museum Movie Night. Celebration of Black History Month.

Privacy."Who's watching you?" As the use of social media, cell phones and technology explodes across the globe, the concept of ‘privacy’ becomes increasingly elusive. Our attachment to these new mediums of communication offers unprecedented connectedness – but also comes with a price. Privacy explores the dangerous, unintended consequences of privacy invasion taken too lightly. The evening will feature a Q&A with producer Anre Garrett. Held in partnership with Connecticut Film Festival and Some Things Fishy Catering. Complimentary refreshments will be served. $20 for each film / $65 for all four (February 8, 13, 20, 27). To purchase tickets in advance, go to brucemuseum.org
