Creating garden rooms can give a sense of intimacy to a larger garden or be a nice surprise in a small one. Phillip Watson will reveal the secrets of creating these rooms in your backyard regardless of its size. Just as with indoor rooms, the basic elements of design are at play: wall (whether living or hardscape), floors, ceilings, entrances/exits. Phillip’s focus will include seating options, water features and lush container gardens that serve as “mobile” gardens. He will share his design secrets that allow us to enjoy these distinct islands of comfort from one season to the next.
