On February 12 at 7PM, Chef Michael will be leading a Seafood Estofado Cooking Class at the Greenwich Barcelona Wine Bar location. Chef Michael will not only teach you how to make delicious stew like a pro, but he will also provide tips on how to shop for fish, make the lobster stock and tomato sauce.
