Peggy Bud will Enlighten the Mondays @ 7 Group on the Key Aspects of Verbal and Non-Verbal Communication, November 18, 2013

November 13, 2013 – Effective communication means a message will not
only be understood, but remembered. 
Peggy Bud, an Education and Communication Consultant, will share easy
and specific techniques to enhance jobseeker communication in her presentation/workshop
on November 18, 2013.



 



As part of her program, Peggy will lay out a simple template for
improving the effectiveness of the all-important “elevator speech.”  Further, she will facilitate a hands-on practice
session for group members to improve their skills.

Ms. Bud holds a B.S. in
Speech and Language from Indiana University, a Masters in Speech and Language
from Southern Connecticut State University, and a 6th Year
Administration Degree from SCSU, as well.  Peggy has over 30 years ‘ experience as a
speech pathologist and over 15 years’ experience as special education
administrator. Her motto is, “It’s more than what you say; it’s how you say
it.”

introduction of new members



3.       8:00 – 9:00 am – Peggy Bud’s  presentation on Effective Communication
