With
winter right around the corner and area athletes moving their activities
indoors, the offseason is the ideal time to focus on technique and form. EHS
TRI, a premiere triathlon training and endurance studio located in Old
Greenwich, will be hosting an instructional and interactive four-hour clinic on
swim technique for triathletes on Sunday, December 15. The clinic will take
place at the Boys & Girls Club of Greenwich, located at 4 Horseneck Lane in
Greenwich, from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Space is limited to the first 20
registrants.
Each athlete will be emailed the results of his or her swim technique analysis, complete with comments, goals, and drill sets to address his or her specific inefficiencies.
The clinic will be presented by EHS TRI staff members Dr. Heather Whiting, DPT,CFMT, CSCS; Jon Stellwagen, USAT Level 1; Clare Zecher, USAT Level 1; SteveKurczewski, CSCS, USAT Level 2; and Michael Christie, countless age group swim winner.
