Greenwich Library will celebrate Take Your Child to the Library Day on Saturday, February 1 from 10:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Children of all ages and their families are invited to visit the Children's Room and enjoy a fun-filled day of crafts, games and activities.
A highlight of the day will be the Ashforth Children's Concert featuring Windsync, an energetic wind quintet from Texas, from 2-3 p.m. The concert is part of the Curiosity Concerts series for children and will be held in the Cole Auditorium. Please register.
In the Greenwich Library Children's Room, the day will begin at 10:30 a.m. with Sing, Play and Move with Marta for ages 2-5. Then, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., children of all ages can enjoy two drop-in crafts, the Melting Snowman and a Valentine themed project; build with LEGOs; and play winter themed games, such as Penguin Bowling and Snowman Bean Bag Toss.
