The Mondays @ 7 Group will Sponsor a Presentation by Powers Career Coaching, LLC on April 28th entitled "The Art and Science of Career Reinvention"

April 25, 2014 – A recent article in the New York Times
indicated that a job seeker over the age of 50 had only an 11% chance of
landing in a position similar to the one he/she held prior to “The Great Recession.”  Therefore, reinventing oneself is of key
importance in the search to obtain new employment. On April 28th,
Laura Powers will offer her thoughts and suggestions to Mondays @ 7 members on
career reinvention.

Laura is President of Powers Career Coaching and has 19 years of
experience in coaching hundreds of professionals in a diversity of industries
to develop
the clarity, confidence, and skills needed to make satisfying, successful
career moves. She has professional certifications in Myers-Briggs Type
Indicator® and Strong Interest Inventory®.
Ms. Powers has also been an Executive Transition Consultant with the
Ayers Group and a Career Advisor with The Harford Financial Services Group.
Laura has a B.A. from Wheaton College, where she serves as an alumni career
coach in a volunteer capacity.

The public is invited to
attend.  For further information, contact
