Go Red For Women Luncheon

The Westchester-Fairfield American Heart Association has announced that actress, producer, director, Kim Fields will be featured at the Go Red For Women Luncheon & Learning Sessions on March 24th at the Hyatt Regency Greenwich.

 Fields is probably best known for her roles as Tootie Ramsey on the long-running NBC sitcom The Facts of Life, and as Regine Hunter on the Fox sitcom Living Single. Most recently, she is the lead director for Tyler Perry’s “Meet the Brown’s” and “House of Payne.”

 Supermodel, television personality and author, Emme, will be the keynote speaker at the Luncheon.

Emme is a nationally recognized women’s advocate for positive body image, self esteem and self-acceptance.  She was honored as a Glamour magazine "Woman of the Year" and as one of Biography magazine’s “25 Most Influential Women.”

 She joins Professor Traci Alexander, award winning journalist, communications specialist and expert on emerging global leaders, who will serve as Emcee, and Dr. Robi Ludwig, nationally known psychotherapist, award winning reporter and author, who will be a featured guest speaker.

 The annual Go Red For Women Luncheon & Learning Sessions presents a half-day of health and wellness education, empowerment and transformation as part of the Go Red For Women’s national movement to fight heart disease in women – their number one health threat. Funds raised from Luncheons support the research, program and advocacy programs of the American Heart Association.
