Kids in Crisis Day at The Cos Cobber

One of the area’s most popular new restaurants, , has announced plans to serve a generous cause-related marketing program for Cos Cob-based Kids in Crisis.

On Wednesday, April 4, the Cos Cobber will donate 40% of each check to support the menu of programs and services offered by Kids in Crisis to families and children throughout Fairfield County.  These programs include round-the-clock crisis counseling, temporary emergency shelter and prevention programs for school-age children.

“The generous program created by the Cos Cobber is an example many area businesses can follow,” says Shari Shapiro, Executive Director of Kids in Crisis.  “Donating a portion of proceeds from day-to-day operations or a special event means a company  is ‘doing good’ where it does business, providing help to all our neighbors in need.”
