40 Open House in Greenwich - Middle of the Greenwich RE Market is Hot
Greenwich Real Estate Market Report
So far this year we have sold 467 single family homes up over 20% compared to 2012. We have 515 homes listed on the GMLS and another 84 houses that either have an accepted offer, contingent contract or binding contract. In August 2013, last month, 76 houses were sold through the GMLS. The median price of these 76 homes was $1.65MM and the average was $2.08MM. Average days on market was 132 days. Fifteen of the 76 houses sold for less than $1MM, while only four sold for more than $4MM. The other 57 houses were concentrated between $1 and 4MM.
