I've been working at the polls at North Mianus School/District 12 since 5:50 this morning and am optimistic about the Democratic candidates and the direction of the Board of Education vote. It feels like a real grass roots effort.
I enjoyed when the Republican caravan arrived in mass around 11 AM. (Democratic First Selectman candidate) John Blankley and his lovely wife Vera were there as well and it very cordial and a nice vibe.
