The Department of Social Services Holiday Aid Program is in need of donations to provide holiday meals for participants in the program.
This program provides assistance to eligible Greenwich residents during the holiday season and is made possible solely by donations from the community.
There are currently 461 households signed up. Donations are used for all participants who do not receive a food basket from a donor. The department is seeking assistance from the community to help make the holidays a little brighter for those a little less fortunate.
To contribute, 100% of which is tax deductible, please make checks out to the 2013 Holiday Aid Program and send to the Town of Greenwich, Department of Social Services, 101 Field Point Rd., Greenwich, CT. 06830, Attn: Alison Brush.
