It's actually a piece of real estate advertising. Nonetheless, it's a cool piece of Greenwich history.
Can you imagine if we could bring back the hands of time? According to this piece of ephemera, this wondrous example of Greenwich real estate could've been had for $55,000 back in 1921.
Unfortunately, this piece of paper doesn't give an address of this stucco home—only a phone number. Who's going to call it, or better yet, who's going to buy it ... the card that is?
