Don't forget to bring the family to visit the last Greenwich Farm this Saturday, Sept. 15th.
Between 12:00noon til 2:00pm we'll host a little bit of fun at
We'll be offering samples of apple varieties and lots of juicy, ripe, local fruit for you to try. Plus, anyone adventurous might want a nibble of "Mike's Mystery Corn Salad."
Corn, Corn and some more CORN!
And, oh, the corn! We'll have roasted ears of corn as well as boiled corn on the cob!
And Farmer John is threatening to dance and play his accordion!
This is a nice chance to bring your friends and family to one of the last Fairfield County family farms. Farmer John and I look forward to greeting you.
Look for the green and orange balloons at 1332 King Street. We're past the turnoff for Westchester Airport (Rye Lake Rd.) and a stone's throw across the street from The Griff Golf Course.
The stand is open 9-5. The sampling event is 12:00noon - 2pm!
