Marion G. Low, 80; Former Sales Woman

Marion G. Low, 80, of Riverside, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Feb. 24.

She was born in Port Chester, NY to the late James and Grace (Tripp) Lally.

She was predeceased by her beloved husband George E. Low in 2002.

For many years she worked in sales at Roberts Furniture in Greenwich. She will be remembered as a wonderful wife, mother, and grandmother who always enjoyed taking care of her family.

Marion is survived by her son Peter Low and his wife Joan; brother James Lally, sister Barbara Tiplady; son-in-law Tom Ferraro, sister-in-law Catherine LaRose and her husband Nick; her grandchildren Cathy Ferraro, Michael Ferraro, and Jensen Low. She also is survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Along with her parents and her husband, Marion also was predeceased by a son William J. Low and her daughter Michelle Ferraro.

Family and friends may visit at the Castiglione Funeral Home Inc., 134 Hamilton Ave. in Greenwich from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 27. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 28 at St. Catherine of Siena Church, 4 Riverside Ave. in Riverside. Burial will follow at St. Mary Cemetery in Greenwich.

In lieu of flowers the family has requested that donations may be made in her memory to: Kids in Crisis, 1 Salem Street, Cos Cob, CT 06807.
