Obituary: Mary Dudas, 59; Administrative Aide for Town of Greenwich
Caliing hours are scheduled for Tuesday, Aug. 6 with the funeral to be held Wednesday, Aug. 7.
Mary Dudas, died peacefully at her Greenwich home on Aug. 4, 2013 after a courageous battle with cancer. She was 59.
Born in Port Chester, NY on Sept. 19, 1953, she was the daughter of George Lowden and Edythe LaPolice-Lowden.
Ms. Dudas was an administrative assistant for the Town of Greenwich for many years.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by three children, Walter Dudas Jr., Megan Dudas and Melissa Dudas; sisters Barbara Lowden and Sharon LaPolice; nieces and nephews, Deja, Andrew and Hayden Hickcox, Jason Lowden and Katy Rivera.
Ms. Dudas was the widow of Walter Dudas Sr.
Friends may call at the Fred D. Knapp & Son Funeral Home, 267 Greenwich Ave. from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 6. Services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 7, in First United Methodist Church, 59 E. Putnam Ave. Greenwich. Burial will follow in Putnam Cemetery.
