To the Editor:
When I read on John Blankley's web site that he was going to PA this weekend to register voters, I thought here's a candidate (an English-American, no less) who's putting country ahead of party, who understands that democracy cannot survive if we don't have unencumbered freedom to vote for whom we choose.
John's proven allegiance to Greenwich, his sterling credentials as a leader of industry, his devotion to his family and to his adopted country are exceptional, but it is his commitment to registering those voters who might otherwise be disenfranchised that gets my vote.
